Our first collection is available on a limited pre-order basis to reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be produced, quality checked, and dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.

Returns & Exchanges (KB)

* We offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for unwanted items, except where required by UK consumer law.
* Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
* If your requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit.
* Personalised or limited-edition items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
* If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
